The CompuMove Software
The CompuMove Version 7 program runs under the Microsoft Windows operating system, and uses Microsoft SQL Server (or MSDE) database services. Branch office, remote users, and tablet users connect via the Internet and RDP Terminal Services. CompuMove provides remote training and support via the Internet. The CompuMove program is written in MS-VB 6.0.
CompuMove runs on all desktop and tablet versions of Windows, including XP, 2000, Windows 7, and Windows 8. CompuMove is compatible with Windows Server 2003, 2005, and 2008, and uses MS-SQL 2000, 2005, 2008/R2 or MS-SQL Express, all in 32- or 64-bit versions. CompuMove will easily run in a small office environment of just a few computers on a Windows peer network. Or, using multiprocessor (or hosted) server computers running Windows Server, and fast network and Internet interfaces, a CompuMove system can comfortably serve the data-processing needs of a multi-branch, multi-company enterprise of up to 1000 workstations.
Remote Offices, iPads, and Android Tablets via the Internet
CompuMove supports the operation of remote offices or off-site users via RDP sessions (WebRDP or Remote Desktop) over a broadband Internet connection. Sessions can be PC-based, or run on an iPad or an Android tablet. With an Internet-connected server, multiple branches, remote salespeople, and home workers can all work together in real-time.

In-House or Hosted Server & Software Setup
CompuMove will install the software on your existing Windows-based computers, leaving your server and network administration in-house.
